Representation
at the CCMA

Brentwood is able to represent clients in Arbitration and at the Labour Court at reasonable rates. Representation is through the South African Employers' Guild and representatives used are accredited officials of the guild.

Registration of representatives and client affiliation to the Guild is necessary as the Labour Relations Act still limits employer representation to a director, an employee or an official of an employer organisation of which the employer is a member.

The Guild also handles Arbitration and Labour Court representation for members of SEIFSA, the employer body in the Metal and Engineering Industry.
